QR Code
The QR code is a useful tool which allows the business to carry QR codes instead of actual business cards. This provides an endless supply of visiting cards without having the need to carry one at all times.
The QR code allows the other user to download your contact card to the phone itself. It also works as an invite tool, inviting the other user to download the app and stay connected through the app.
Centralized Connection Management
All the connections made by the SME can be viewed by the administrator through a single location. One in the app on the home page, under the Exchanged Cards tab or the Scanned Cards tab. The second is the backend dashboard that can be accessed by the administrator.
Existing cards can be scanned or new cards can be exchanged with other users. Click the cards to view their details and add more information about them, add notes about them or add tasks related to them.
Meta Tags, Notes and Tasks
These three additional features allow the user to do more with their data. Meta tags help the user categorize the connections they make into an infinite number of categories.
Notes help the user take minutes from their meetings with them as reference for future meetings. You can also add comments to the notes to chat with the other user regarding those meetings, gathering more feedback or data regarding the note.
Tasks can be added against the connection. The app will remind the user of the upcoming task.
Dashboard
Administrators can view the data of their organization's employees in a centralized location. The dashboard also shows all the statistics of the employees all condensed in a single location.
Promotion Broadcast
This feature of the dashboard allows the SME to send out promotional notifications to their connections to keep them updated of any new materials or promotions the SME has to offer.
This helps the SME keep their customer updated and connected with the daily ongoings or any events.
