1. I am not receiving the verification email. What Do i Do?
- Please check that the email used to sign up to the CardKins app is spelled correctly. To check the email used, please click on the users profile picture in the top left corner of the “Connections Page” and check whether the email entered is correct. If the email entered is incorrect, then contact support@cardkins.com and get in touch with our support staff to make the necessary change.
- If the email is entered correctly, then make sure to check the spam folders of the email. G-mail sometimes has the tendency to classify the email as a promotional email so make sure to check that tab too.
- If the issue persists then contact the support staff at support@cardkins.com and they will be able to help you through the issue.
2. I am unable to exchange cards with other users. Why is this?
- A verified email address is required by the user to be able to exchange cards with other users. Please make sure that you have verified the email address which was entered during the sign up process.
- If the verification email is lost or the link provided has expired, then you can request a second verification email to be sent to you. Use the “Re-send Verification Email” button in the “More” tab or click here to resend the email to your address.
